Scope

What these terms govern

These terms apply to every page and tool on this site. Use constitutes acceptance. There is no account to register and nothing to execute, so acceptance is a matter of use rather than signature.

The service is free in the complete sense: no payment, no subscription, no trial that converts, no capability withheld pending an upgrade. No page here requests payment details at any point.

Image and video watermark work runs in our media workflow rather than in the text tools, and the routes for it open that workflow directly. The same terms apply there.

The allowance

The usage limits, and the reason they differ

The limits are not arbitrary tiers. They follow directly from where the computation happens, which is why one category carries an allowance and the other carries none.

Server tools
5 runs per rolling 24 hours per visitor. Each run accepts between 1 and 12,000 characters of input.
Local tools
No run allowance and no length cap, because the computation occurs on your own device at no cost to this service.
Exhaustion
The tool returns a message indicating the allowance is spent. It replenishes as the 24 hour window advances, rather than resetting at a fixed hour.
Revisability
These figures reflect what the service can sustain, not a contractual commitment. If they change, the pages stating them are updated in the same change.

Acceptable use

Permitted and prohibited use

Submit text you authored, own, or otherwise hold the right to process. That covers the uses these tools exist to serve: revising your own drafts, analyzing your own documents, reformatting material that is yours.

Prohibited: producing unlawful content, representing another person's work as your own, and stripping provenance information from media you have no right to relabel. Also prohibited: automating requests against the endpoint, circumventing the run allowance, and probing the service for weaknesses.

Access may be restricted where use falls outside this. With no account system in place, any such restriction is a technical measure rather than a disciplinary procedure, and that is a real limit on how precisely it can be applied.

Warranties

What the output is not warranted to be

The server tools are driven by a language model, and model output can be factually wrong, stylistically poor, or a bad fit for the request. No output is reviewed by a person before it reaches you, and none of it substitutes for your own judgement. Read what comes back before relying on it.

The local tools are deterministic and perform exactly the operation their page describes, but they operate on the input as supplied. Where the input differs from what you assumed it was, the output will reflect that difference faithfully rather than correct for it.

Retain your original. Nothing submitted here is stored, so a result that replaces your only copy cannot be reversed from anything held on this side.

The substantive limit

What a detection signal does not establish

Analysis tools on this site report signals: patterns, character-level artifacts and stylistic markers observable in the submitted text. A signal is evidence about the text. It is not proof of authorship, and this service does not present it as proof at any point.

No tool here promises a specific outcome from a third-party detector, and none claims to render text undetectable. Those systems are operated by other companies, their behaviour changes without notice, and a guarantee about their output would be a guess presented as a commitment.

Where an institution or employer imposes rules on AI assistance, those rules govern independently of anything run here. Compliance with them, including any disclosure obligation, remains yours.

Third parties

Named products and dependent services

Certain pages name AI models, detection services and writing products, because those are the terms people search with and because a page addressing a specific format cannot describe it without naming it. Naming a product asserts no affiliation, partnership or endorsement in either direction, and no relationship with any named company is claimed.

Operation depends on external providers: a host, an AI provider, and a store for the usage counter. Their availability is not within this service's control, and an interruption on their side is an interruption here. That dependency is a genuine limit on any availability commitment, which is why none is made.

Availability

Availability, modification and withdrawal

The service is provided as it stands, without an uptime commitment. Tools may be modified, renamed or withdrawn, and pages are rewritten as the behaviour they describe changes. A service carrying no charge carries no corresponding assurance of continuity.

Where a tool's behaviour changes materially, its page is updated in the same change. A page describing behaviour the code no longer implements is a defect regardless of how well it reads, and it is treated as one.

Ownership

Rights in your text and in the output

No ownership is asserted over anything you submit or anything a tool returns. Use of the service grants no licence in your material, and there would be nothing to licence in any case, since nothing submitted is retained.

The site itself, comprising its text, layout and code, is not available for republication as your own work. That is the conventional position and it is the only restriction operating in this direction.

Upkeep

Revisions to these terms

These terms are revised when the service changes, and the text on this page is the version in force. No notification mechanism exists, since no email addresses are collected, which makes this page itself the record.

Questions about any provision here go through the contact page.

FAQ

Questions about these terms, answered precisely

All answered in full, nothing to click open.

Is the service genuinely free?

Yes. No payment, account, subscription or converting trial, and no page requests payment details at any point.

What is the run allowance?

5 server runs per rolling 24 hours. The window advances continuously rather than resetting at a fixed hour.

Do local tools consume the allowance?

No. They compute on your own device, so there is no server cost to meter and no allowance to spend.

What is the input limit?

A server run accepts between 1 and 12,000 characters. Local tools impose no length cap.

Is registration required?

No. No account system exists anywhere on this site.

Can output be used commercially?

No ownership over it is asserted here. Whether a particular use is appropriate depends on your rights in the source text.

Who holds rights in submitted text?

You do. Nothing is retained and no licence in it is claimed.

Will these tools defeat an AI detector?

No such outcome is promised. Those systems belong to other companies and change without notice.

Does a detection signal prove authorship?

No. These tools report observable signals in the text, which is evidence about the text rather than proof of who produced it.

Can this be used for academic work?

Your institution's rules on AI assistance govern regardless, and running a tool here does not alter any disclosure obligation you have.

What happens at the allowance limit?

The tool reports that the allowance is spent. It replenishes as the 24 hour window advances.

Is automated access permitted?

No. Automating requests against the endpoint and circumventing the allowance are both prohibited.

Is there a public API?

No. The endpoint exists to serve the tools on this site.

Is there any affiliation with the companies named on some pages?

None. Products are named because those are the search terms, which asserts no affiliation or endorsement.

What recourse is there for poor output?

The server tools use a language model, which can be wrong or off-target. Review output before relying on it and retain your original.

Can a previous version of my text be recovered?

No. Nothing submitted is stored, so no copy exists on this side to restore from.

Can a tool be withdrawn?

Yes. Tools may be modified, renamed or withdrawn, and their pages are updated in the same change.

How are changes to these terms communicated?

By revision of this page, which is the version in force. No notification mechanism exists, because no email addresses are collected.

Free within the limits set out above.
